Default Parts suppliers online?

I was wondering if people could state their favourite parts suppliers. I was looking around for the parts for an engine refresh for my 02 XJR (water pump, secondary tensioners, and so on).

I thought Coventry West used to be good, but I was surprised by how little they have for my car. Looks like Parts Geek have a lot of parts but they are not a Jaguar specialist.

Are there any good online Jaguar specialists?

Thanks!

SNG Barratt are a good source, a forum sponsor with member discounts, online parts catalogues and a great reputation here.

Jagbits are also a sponsor here and also do business with forum members.

Coventry West as you say, a recent forum sponsor with good online presence

You can also look in the General Tech help area where there is a listing of parts suppliers that may help

Good luck

I have used a little bit of everyone, including ebay and even craigslist. And all those mentioned above are good companies. I've probably used Jagbits the most and I have to say, they're great - fast and responsive. (Thanks, Gary!)

Aren't we lucky to have so many amazing options? Take that, Toyota!

I have used Motorcars ltd, Welsh, Coventry, but lately found that Amazon and eBay work faster with more options and price checks. Sponsors have super reputations; last choice, local dealer.

I have used JagBits and SNG Barratt for anything "special". For run-of-the-mill items, I have had good experience with PartsGeek.

Hey Mark,

I'm sorry to hear that you weren't able to find what you were looking for with us, particularly since the items you mentioned are some of our biggest sellers. I do appreciate your checking with us and I hope that you'll continue to do so in the future. If there's anything that you can't find online, just give us a call and our sales staff will be happy to help.

Other Jaguar specialists already mentioned in this thread are quite reputable and are certainly good companies to do business with.

I use the forum sponsors, and I hope all of you will too. After all I plan to keep my jag another 20 years and want them to stay in business.
