replacing door glass, drivers side front
Hello,
Some one smashed my drivers side front window. I have the replacement glass.
I removed the interior door panel and cleaned out broken glass and old aluminum track.
I have the new glass in the door track but do not have the window track connected to the rising and lowering arms.
How do i loosen the arms so i can get the "wheels" inside the window track?

so i figure it out.
there is no way to manually crank a power motor.
that being said i found another master switch, (which was totally busted except for the drivers side window) which allowed me to raise the window a half way.
I unbolted the hex bolts but left the window motor secured.
as you slide the window into place, you hit the back pully first then with the front pully "floating" you are able to get that into the window track. Then you simply adjust the window properly and secure all bolts.
It was easy, but i was nervous so i reached out to you all.
