1999 VDP 110,000 miles
Looking for some tips on the most likely cause of the "Restricted Performance" on the display, accompanied by the yellow warning light, both appearing intermittently but the following codes stored :
P0171
P0174
P1000
Car has new fuel pump and new fuel filter

 

Apart from the fuel pump and filter, other reasons (affecting both banks) listed in the Jaguar DTC table for P0171 & P0174 are:

Air intake leak between MAFS and throttle
Fuel pressure regulator failure (low fuel pressure)
ECM receiving incorrect signal from one or more of the following components: ECTS, MAFS, IATS, TPS
