Default Sirius radio

I have a XJ8L 1998 and want to either upgrade the radio or hardware a Sirius radio into it. I find the current way I play music is through am FM adapter which gets a lot of interference or a cassette adapter which gives poor sound as the radio is 15 years old.
Has anyone been able to get satellite radio?
Thanks.

I am using the cassette adapter. Some sound better than others. I have another post regarding using the input from the trunk CD player. Some people have modified the radio on the dash and put in aftermarket radios but I feel this is not ideal as there were no after market kits made for X308s. I bet you can use the CD input if you have someone who is good at this.
