No, I'm not talking about my bald spot, but rather the black ball that sits on top of the dash. It is there to tell the AC system that it's sunny out. The system then increases airflow out of the vents.
However, I find mine is too enthusiastic, in that it blasts freezing air at me, far more than is required. Has anyone tried any mods to the sensor? Covering it up does stop it's function, but I'd rather just limit it's effect. Maybe some tinted film?
