Default Steep hill bottom out

Hello everyone! While driving the Jag today I made a wrong turn and ultimately led me to turn onto a steep hill.

I pulled up the hill slowly but that was not enough when I heard the dreaded scrape / bottom out.

My question is how well do our X308's put up with bottom outs? Will it hurt the tranny, oil pan? Bumper was perfect when I drove back.

Thanks everyone and have a good rest of the weekend!

I find here whenever I've heard it in previous 308s(thankfully none in the current,so far lol) it was always the plastic under tray that covered the washer bottle etc.

I've never bottomed the car out, but I did hit one of those huge airport speed bumps at 60mph, caught maybe a foot of air, and landed on the ground with no visible or underlying (I think...) damage a few thousand miles later. Don't think the front bumper hit the ground though. This is a car over 100k btw.

Everyday leaving the school parking lot I bottom out on every speed bump lol! For me it is just the plastic underneath coupled with soft suspension but nothing is hurt mechanically.
