Stuck in Park

Okay so this car is stuck in Park, yes I can bypass it and drive it so I am thinking its in "Security Mode" as there isno power going to the unit at all. So how do I get this car out of Security Mode?

Any advice please?

Can you be a little more descriptive of the fault and how you bypass it?
