"Cbrakes" they call themselves on Ebay. They are somewhere in Costa Mesa, CA. They manufacture all rotors/pads that you can imagine, and they have the good stuff. My Garfield runs on their cross drilled and slotted rotors + pads, since last spring, and I have nothing but positive things to say about its brakes.
The whole enchilada was (if I remember correctly) $275.- delivered. Try it.
