Tensioner query

Hi to all again (what a great websight !) My 2002 3.2 litre Jaguar has VIN number SAJAC13D12KF44616 , and engine number 0108290847 . Is there anyone out there who can tell me what type of tensioners are in my engine ? I have tried some Jaguar outlets here in Australia and they are hopeless,

The change date is supposed to be 0108130000 for the 4.0, but I don't know if that applies to the 3.2. If it were mine I would remove a valve cover to be certain.
