Default Traction control
While waiting to figure out what to do with my transmission not working just as it should, I went out and moved it back and forth in the drive. The transmission default comes on and now with it a traction control fault flashes. Can some one tell me what they have to do with each other if any.

What DTCs are you getting??? There are DTCs for the ABS,TCM,ECM etc.
Stop guessing and get diagnosing!!!
