Upper control arms
2000 xj8 I need to change upper control arms but having trouble getting them will a Lincon lS fit as they are readily available if where ca I get jaguar ones without spending a fortune. Thanks jrb53

Just replace the bushings and ball joint. The bushings come out by hand. The ball joint can be replaced without a press with a ball joint clamp loaner tool available at Advance or AutoZone. Just did on my XK8. You have to cut the lip of the ball joint to remove. Directions in workshop manual.

Do a search using JLM21380 ...you'll get URO Parts (on Amazon, if you have Prime you save shipping), Moss Motors, some dealerships. Check SNG Barrett... https://www.sngbarratt.com/English/U...SPENSION(14714) ...you'll have to type in Rockauto to search on them, but they have several options.
