I believe 2387 SV8’s were produced in the final year. F59525 was the very last X308 but unsure of the configuration. Mine is F58223 also built in 06/02.

That I can’t answer. I would imagine that Jaguar heritage should be able too.

June 02 was the last of the X308 run: mine is F56714, 13 June if memory serves.

I’ve kinda wondered what happened to the very first (publicly sold, not prototype, etc) and very last X308. I bet the first one suffered either tensioner failure, Nikasil damaged from high sulfur fuel, or broken A drum. The last one depends if it was supercharged. If it was, it’s still running and driving.

I hadn’t really looked at that photo above not because I have one but, I haven’t seen many with those wheels. Mine had Pentas on when I bought it. The seller did put the original wheels in an old comforter in the back seat when it was shipped to me so I still have them and will keep them with the car. But the Montreals look great with the Brembo brakes on it now. Oh and I have an XJR color matched grill on it too.

Thank you guys for the comments ha ha no it’s not a bullet holes ahah ! It’s the reflection of the light
when I bought the car , it came with those wheels and a complete history. Apparently the car belong to a well-known retired Navy admiral. The car is so fast and comfortable. It’s amazing. I ended up putting Brand New original suspension and pushing all around
The headliner was sagging, so I went to a reputable upholstery shop in Los Angeles to have it replaced. They happy with the work.

Headliners are very tricky. I had a new one installed in the Buick and when it became hot in
the summertime the fabric shrank and pulled from the edges. Not terribly noticeable but enough
to irritate me.
