Lightbulb What would it take to make a super v8

So in my dream the unlivable dream world, I was playing around with the idea of building a twin sequential turbo AJV8(packaging issues non-withstanding) , and I had to ask the question : How different is the standard 4.0L to the supercharged unit. what would it take to make a rear mounted sequential twin turbo system work(besides the electronic stuff), and achieve 600+whp. I'm guessing the inter-coolers can be mounted just in front of the front tires. Apart from that I think the front aero would have to be a little more aggressive to keep her stable above 160mph, not to mention the trans would have to be replaced with a manual preferably something from getrag or cosworth. What do you guys think, is this even remotely possible; or is this simply an unrealistic dream.
