Windscreen Washer Jet Replacement

I've been looking around for a new Windscreen Washer Jet and the only one I could find was this one here.

Does anyone know of a cheaper place to purchase this? $72 is a little ridiculous in my opinion...

Windscreen washer jet

Mine is stuffed as well; thinking of using some heat shrink tubing or copper pipe of the correct diameter. Glue it in.
