My windshield washers aren’t working. The pump is working, so I removed the hose at the pump and attempted to blow through it. No go, it seems to be blocked.

My question is, should I be able to blow through the hose from the pump? This would be the direction of flow during a wash cycle, so I’m thinking the line is plugged, because it should be open from that direction, right?
