Default X308 front spring options

Does anyone know of a list of front springs for X308s by rate and length? I assume the XJR had different springs to a basic 3.2, Vanden Plas etc?

Thanks

According to the Barrett site there are basically just two types of front springs, comfort and sports, and they apply to SC and NA equally.

Approx $80 bucks each

Thanks for that, that's a handy resource! Good to know, looks like I need to source some comfort springs.

Both, comfort & sport, springs for NA are different from those for SC, see the attached extract. Barratt have the first three listed in the diagram but the fourth (SC comfort) is NLA.

Excellent, so it looks like a need to find a pair of comfort N/A fronts in the UK. Annoyingly I have both the sport options.

How many miles on your car?.....are you sure you need new springs, or maybe just need some Bilstein comfort shocks?

Oh the springs I have are just fine, but I want much lower rate springs on the front and those appear to be the softest OE spring

Here are some part numbers for the used springs in S/C cars.

JLM20636 SC comfort: MNC2160AD
JLM20424 SC sport: Spring is available in aftermarket form but can be subsituted to MNC2160DB

MNC2160DB is roughly 25mm shorter than the springs used in the sports suspension kit (JLM20424). Anyone looking to lower the car just a tiny bit, MNC2160DB is the way to do it.
