I just bought a 2001 XJ8 that had front end damage. I had to replace the condenser, grill, headlights and have some body work done on the hood and front bumper. Fortunately the guy I bought it from had already bought all the parts. But I'm missing the screws to bolt the hood to the hood hinges. The local Jag dealer doesn't stock the screws. Does anyone have the specs for these screws? Are they metric tread with a torqx drive? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are they the same size as the torqx screws that hold down the plastic radiator bracket (about 8 screws on the top edge of the radiator top body frame support.

 

Off the top of my head, I believe it's just a regular hex head metric bolt. I'm pretty sure it's a 13mm head and there is a grounding strap that attaches to one of bolts on the driver's (LH) side. I know it's not a allen head or torx head bolt.
