We recently purchased a 1988 XJ6, but liking at the VIN in setting it's an XJ40.

We are looking for a conversion kit for the rear-end suspension. The air bags and shocks are completely worn.

There have been several threads on SLS removal (self leveling suspension). Search this area (the xj40 area) and see what you can find out. Its not a difficult project, but there are several things to it. Welcome , and dont forget to do an intro.
