Got to see a 1989 xjr today. Nice vehicle, though I was expecting a bit more regards to go, etc.

Seems they fall about 10 HP less than the 4.0l sovereign, though can achieve about 1 sec less in 0-60mph.

Apparently, suspension and steering are unbelievable according to the owner, and as per various sites, it confirms the attention twr gave to this.

Is my disappointment in the performance of these XJR's unfounded? Or does the suspension and other cues warrant the extra "xjr" spend?

Was nice to see no less, doubt I will see one again.
