Default 1994 xj6 no start problems

hello this is my first post on here, reason being is because im getting frustrated with a jaguar i recently traded for.....the problem is as follows...i am at a lost as to why i cant get this 1994 xj6 jaguar to run....ive checked to see if it gets fire it does....i checked to see if it is getting fuel it is from the fuel rail to the regulator, but the other line that runs from regulator to under the car has nothing,is this the problem?it has alot of pressure build up in the tank, everytime i loosen the fuel cap its always under alot of pressure,is this normal?i have a parts car an i have changed the airflow meter, which by the way doesn't have a flap like i been told that it has.....changed the regulator, switched relays around.....if u spray the throttle body the car will run till its evaporated....if the injectors are not working would the car still start with carb cleaner?.any help would be greatly appreciated as im going nuts trying to figure this car out.....thanks

No fuel pressure no fuel resulting in no start. This is not uncommon, however, not an easy task to replace the fuel pump.
