93xj6 backwards battery hook up

I changed the battery on my 93xj6 and hooked the cables backwards, now it won't turn over and somethings don't radio,rt windows,locks ect

Check your fuses odds are you blew a few. Also I don't know if these have a fusible link on the charging system but that might be something to look into as well.
