Default 94 XJ6 No Start

Hey its me again lol. Ok Ive replaced the hose from the Water Pump to Water rail successfully. But now theres a new problem, it wont start, sometimes I get no click + the spedometer and tachometer lights wont work, and theres no beeping sound when I open the door anymore, Im thinking its an electrical shortage, you guys have been right on everything Ive asked before, so I know you know whats the deal here.

Recheck all those electrical connectors that you could have easily dislodged when changing the hose.

Is your battery good and fully charged?

Any messages on the VCM?

Yeah everything is connected, I did find a fuse of incorrect voltage... it was 15 when it was supposed to be 20 after I took it out I got a click but now I have to get my batt charged because cycling everything so much has my batt meter just above 9... and now Im getting the audible warnings again ( when I open the door or put the key in the ignition, when I make it home Im gonna try to jump it off my friends truck... When I bought this car I knew that it was gonna be a fixer upper.. but I dont mind.
