Absolutely the finest snake oil offered.

You would be better off with a set of high performance fuzzy dice.

A leaf blower plumbed into the intake works better as proven by hotrod magazine dyno test on a vette. But they used twin leaf blowers...craftsman seemed to work best...

More snake oil because it is actually a hot air intake unless plumbed outside of the engine compartment.
