thanks. got it working. But guess what! Took my wife out and went to lock doors. I had her still in car> Key locked doors from outside, but would not unlock them. Lucky she was still in car. This car is in great shape, it just seems these little things are driving me crazy!!!! Everything else appears to be working. Even the heated seats are working good. Guess I need to be happy that nothing major is a problem. One more question please. This car has the R12 a/c which needs recharged. I am holding off for now (winter coming) and would like to know any idea if it can be converted to R134 and about how much???? Thanks again!!

 

hello, I too have thought to convert the air conditioning system to r134 gas, but the molecules are smaller and causes many leaks, so I opted for gas "DURACOOl" gas is indented and you can do it yourself even 😁
it's been 2 years since I did the refill, and the air conditioning works wonderfully
