Hey guys..I need to remove the headlight lens from my Xj6 (1993)...I am not really seeing where it comes apart..what am I missing? Thanks

 

My UK spec XJ40 had the twin headlights but I expect you have the single rectangular pattern?

If so, they are held in place by four 13mm nuts at the rear.

Also remove the trim piece at the top of the lights (two screws) and the entire front grill. The grill is held in place by four 8mm bolts, but you'll need to remove the centre panels of the grill (2 screws each side) in order to get to them.

With the grill and the lights removed, unplug and remove the Bulb module (one 8mm bolt) and you should be left with a gaping hole:
