Im trying to fix a gremlin in my 88 xj6's dashlights/ turn signals, and using the haynes manual and a wire diagram found on this site, I need to check the input/output of the central microprocessor.

Problem is, the manual does state where it is located? Any help?

It should be behind the Glove Box I think. That is where the ECU and TCU are in my 93. YMMV

 

I found it. For reference, its the bottom ecu under the silver one
