Default Missing part on 1994 xj12 motor

i have owned my x81 for 5 years with little engine issues. I took the top engine cover off and noticed a loose part/missing part, but not sure what it is or what to search for. any ideas?

OK, thanks. One picture in that thread matches mine, looks to be something broken on the cruise control system.

thanks for the photos. what I can't determine is if the parts labeled 4/5 attach to part 2 in the diagram?

Yes they do. When cruise is engaged, the cage bellows #2 collapses under vacuum and pulls on the rod assembly 4/5/6/7 to keep the throttle open.
