Default Remote wiring?

OK,apparently my '88 VDP (January '88 build date ) didn't come with any factory installed alarm system. There is no box ( DBC 5119 ) in the overhead console and I don't see any wiring present. I managed to get a box from a salvage vehicle with a length of wire.I have what looks like two aftermarket key fobs and I assume they might work with this box since they were attached to the key chain,at least that's what I'm hoping. I know it's an IR system. Now there are four wires coming from the connector on the box(Red,Green,Brown w/green,Black). Does anyone know where they connect to? I really don't care much about having an alarm but it would be nice to have a key fob to open and close the door locks. Do these four wires splice into the central locking system somewhere? A wiring diagram would help. Is this all I need for the system to operate the door locks assuming the key fobs work with the system.
