Hello chaps and chapess', i ahve a very curious remote locking issue with my '92 Daimler XJ40. The central locking works fine off the key, but when i use the standard keyfob it will not work unless i turn the centre battery back to front. All new batteries and 2 different keyfobs but the same result. The Laserline alarm has been removed which made no difference.
Unfortunately the new batteries go dead very quickly.
Does anybody have any ideas?
