1985 jag sunroof motor
Greetings,
Rear seat bottom cushion out, one screw on forward lower tab each side.
Rear seat back out, two 7/16" bolts out at base and lift up HARD.
Sunroof cable retaining plate off, two 3/8" nuts.
Sunroof motor mounting bracket nuts off, (4) 7/16" nuts and washers.
In the trunk, push up the top horizontal trim panel above the sunroof mounting bracket.
Pull out the motor and bracket assembly, it may be a little stuck by the rubber gasket which seals the assembly to the bulkhead.
Send me a PM for a good deal on a used sunroof motor, and let the sun shine in.

Thanks for the info ..do you have any experience with sagging headliner and board and do you think its possible that something in there could tangled up causing the sunroof to not open properly ....also any advice on replacing headiner and board thanks and have a great day
