1. Try the easy first. The inertia switch on the right front post in the cabin. The plunger must be down.
2. Back to the boot. Remove the bottom board. Locate the fuel pump. With a meter, and a helper to use the ignition switch, check for voltage.
3. No fuel in either tank? Despite what the guage may indicate for either.
4. Sure about the no fuel issue. Prime the engine in one or two ways.
A. A shot of ether into the throttle body.
B. A thimble of fuel in each cylinder. Done by removing the spark plugs.
5. While at 4b, are the plugs moist with fuel or bone dry?
