Have a xj6 1990 have electrical issue..windows will roll up automatically and 4ways will turn on if key is turned off...went thru fuses but couldn't figure it out...maybe relay??? Thanks

sounds like you have a XJ-40, this forum is for XJ-6 Series 1, 2, and 3, 1968 to 1987.

you have a Series 4. (1988 to 1994).

you might post in the XJ-40 forum, to find it, go to FORUMS at the top left of this page, and look for "XJ40" in the list of forums.

 

Actually this forum also covers the V12 cars as well, Series 3 all the way the 1992. But yes, a 1990 xj6 is a Series 4 (aka XJ40).
