4.2L rebuild help
I have the original 4.2L inline 6 in my 1983 XJ6 and came across a 87 (I think) most of it there engine for free. Need to rebuild on of them to put into the XK140 replica car I want to build. Are there any guides or lessons learned that I can get my hands on? Maybe a good place to buy part kits or who should I buy from if I gave to get everything individually.
I heard that the timing changed over the years. I also want to do a air pump delete, refresh/replace the power steering. Any help would be great.
