Replace the hoses at the same time....which you were probably planning on.
Pay attention to the seals/seats that the injectors fit into...they're sorta cone shaped. Be gentle with them as there have been times in the past where they haven't been readily available. You might wanna call MotorCars Ltd or Coventry West and see if they have any as it would be ideal to replace them all anyway, just on general principles.
Cheers

definitely replacing hoses. Now the way I'm thinking of approaching this project is to replace them while manifold is still attached to the engine. Now Ive noticed the small metal spring on the wiring connectors, to avoid breaking the connectors whats the best way to go about this while manifold is still on engine. Also do i need to worry about a lot of fuel leakage after i depressurize the fuel system?

Sorry to come into this late...
If you haven't done your project.... I'd highly recommend SD Faircloth at Jaguar Fuel Injection Service...
http://www.jaguarfuelinjectorservice.com/
He can help with rebuilt injectors, and the hose and small parts....
Not affiliated in any means, just passing along the link.... Heard nothing but good press on him...

Also, if you haven't done it yet....
With the manifold attached to the engine is the way to go. Definetly not a need to remove it.
The retaining clamps on the injectors can be a PITA... but a set of tiny jewlers screwdrivers helps to seperate them far enough to pull the caps off. You don't want to remove the clamps all together, just seperate them and pull up.
After you depressurize the system, you'll get a little fuel loss, but not too bad...
Easiest thing to do is just to start the car and pull the wire on the fuel pump. It'll cut off in seconds and the system will be depressurized....
