Default access to vacuum line at fuel filler cap

Hello, Can someone tell how to renew the vacuum line going to the fuel filler cap (at that cap). Looks very hard to access that line.

I changed mine by taking apart the inside access to the line and pulling a new hose through with a string... NOT a Fun job.

Check the parts/service manual for the path.

Default Replace the hose from inside the car

Check the parts/service manual for the path.

Thanks!
Do you think that on those cars a leak at the cap can cause a stall? (No problems at idle till hot but then, sputtering and a stall).

Actualy, the reverse might take place. That "vacuum" line is actually a vent for the tank. if not vented one way or another, a huge vacuum can develop in the tank and defy the fuel pum['s ability to supply fuel

Or even collapse the tanknk and creat mechanical issues as to fuel delivery..
