Default Canadian Spec 1986 XJ6 to US

Hi All,
A friend of mine from Canada just announced he has an '86 XJ6 in great condition, he bought it new and has decided it's time to let her go for FREE.
I have a 99 XJR, my first Jag was a 86 XJ6, I loved that car till an asian lady in a Mercedes T boned me.
So can anyone tell me if the Canadian spec XJ6 is importable to the US, I live in a fairly easy smog state (AZ)
Are there any differences between Canada spec and US spec cars.

I am normally in the X308 forum, and look forward to meeting everyone who looks after the older ladies of the family.

Main issues with car, cracked CAT, small paint blems in the usual places.
Good well maintained driver (used as wife's car) but she prefers her truck.
Color is Metallic Blue with light brown interior.

Sorry but no photo's yet.

The only difference I can think of might be a "KPH" speedometer....and I'm not even sure about that.

Cheers

If that's it, I'll start calling customs service to see about paperwork
