Default Dial of Destiny

Stll trying to put this dial back together, they control air flow in the back seat on raer of console.
they have to be pulled apart to release but i didnt take note of the order (no Zen...)
following pictures provided here and on line i got as far as picture one's order but have one little centurion. washer for each dial that i cannot place.
any ideas? they are fidly to install so don't want to do it twice.
{E Type Circlips}

suggested order left to right from pictures

centurion washer

I believe the assembly is the same for an XJ6 ser III. There should be two circlips on each end of the L shaped pivot link. Look for 2 grooves on the shaft. One goes on the inside of the coverplate BAC5352 as you showand the other on the outside after installing through the coverplate. See attached illustrations.
Hope this helps

You’re welcome. I was hoping this was the problem you were having and that the drawings would get you sorted. I’ve reupholstered the console a few times so I’m familiar with those little Cir-clips. Been in the same situation many times usually which wire goes where lol. Hope the car rebuild is going well. Good luck 😀
