Come to CA. Everything costs more!!!! BAAQMD. Bay area sir quality management district, aka Smoke Police sent me a letter. I my 94 Jeep has passed a recent SMOG inspection and is driveable and intact, they have an arrangement with a local wrecking yard that will pay me a grand for it. A Cash for Clunkers junior program. Gee, they also share ownership of a high rise in downtown SF!!! I spoke with the administrator. He is an avid bicyclist and completely anti auto!!! Woe is us !!!
