bought one for 1700$ 2 days ago

so problems it came with car shacks at 65mph only what would be the cause of this? also are some jags made with only 1 windshield wiper on them? cuz mine only has one made onto it and there's no sign for a 2nd wiper also how much would a replaced truck luck cost me?

 

OK, first things first.

Welcome to the forum.

The '89 you have with only one wiper is known as an XJ6, you already know that, BUT, it is known in Jaguar world as an XJ40.

My suggestion is to do 2 things.

1) Introduce yourself in the "new members area", it keeps the Moderators warm and fuzzy, and is just plain a good thing to do.

2) Repost this in the XJ40 section. You will get waaaaay more replies than in here.

And there really is only one wiper ! Jaguar did not go the whole hog like contemporary Mercedes saloons and put in a mechanism to make a single wiper sweep the whole screen.
