On our 1971, one of the 7" secondary bulbs (blue/white wire), is not getting power. When on "regular", everything is normal, both 7's light up. On high, the 5's light up and one of the 7's does. All bulbs are brand new, there is no 12v on the blue/white wire, and this was a problem before I changed bulbs.
Is this a common Lucas gremlin? Or do I need to start tracing wiring?
Always check the fuses first, separate for each lamp on both sides.
Right side, same location on left.
