Invaluable Parts Identification "Manual"
Two years ago I attendedthe "British Car Show" in Mississauga - Ontario - Canada. Hundreds of british sport cars and a great show. While there I picked up a free Jaguar Parts and Accessories catalog (150 pages) from a stand by"British Auto Sport". The catalog is produced by Moss Motors.
I have found it to be an absolutely invaluable source of information regarding part/assembly and part numbers, whichare listed in the original Jaguar numbers. If required, each part is broken down by Series 1- 2 - 3 and indicates changes by serial numbers critical information. It's free! I'll post a picture of a sample page - when I locate my phone!

Love it...a bit less though..they no longer print prices. I think they should have kept prices but a big disclaimer saying "They may be higher or lower..please check online"
Well they could have saved ink by skipping the "or lower" phrase.
But I still love a paper cat, so kudos for them even still printing
