Default Little Shielded Spring Retainers

Only one still has the spring and the retainer. What are these called (if they have a name) and can they be acquired or a similar item substituted?

These are the vacuum valves that control heater and air conditioner functions. the pins are cam followers and the springs hold the valves in probably a normally closed position. When the cam rotates the valves opens and applies vacuum to an operator of a air door or water valve to regulate the system output. I'm not aware of any parts availability, best probably to fine a used assembly and pull the bits you need. Or cobble something together to make it work. It's just open or closed, spring rate doesn't matter as long as it can close the valve. If you have the patience, you may be able to make a retainer from shim stock.
