Default Model 12 BW - question of differences

Hi

I have a 1969 4.2 Auto the first with the Model 12 gearbox fitted - it seems like the gearbox mount has failed and as result cracked the tailshaft casing. I have the opportunity to buy one from an XJ12 - is it the same? I know the bellhousing is different but the rest?

Thanks in advance

John

Memory, oh boy.

As you state, bellhousing is different, the rest will be the same.

Not sure on the convertor, but I doubt it, but you have one anyway.
