no go!
9.5 may be too wide for the front as they may hit the tie rod. I have 17X8 ET 38 and it close. The rears are going to be tight too. A quick calculation suggest you will need to flare the rear fenders significantly to fit them.
Also BMW wheels are usually 5 X 120 not 5 X 120.65, are you sure they have the right bolt pattern?

my setup
I run 17 X 8 ET38 Torque Thrust 2's all round with 235 series tires. I had to roll fender lip because the rears hit. The front are ok but the tire does rub the sway bar when the steering wheel is turned all the way to one side or the other. I may replace the rack with a later unit from an XJS because they have stops that limit rack travel and should solve the rubbing problem. I've got a 450HP chevy 409 (400 .040 over) now and traction is a major limitation. I can spin both rear wheels easily even with an aftermarket locking diff... so I'll be upgrading to 9.5 inch wide wheels with 275 series out back which will require me to flare my rear fenders like the broadspeed XJ12c.
