Default XJ testing me

Are you kidding? After replacing brake master cylinder (leaking) and booster(old) and waiting for parts for a couple weeks I am finding that the calipers wont bleed. Both fronts wont bleed. If I crack the metal line going into caliper I get fluid flow but nothing out of bleed screws. I removed screws and they are open but nothing out of caliper. I've bled dozens of brakes but have never run into this. Can anyone give advice? I guess I'll be pulling calipers although they were working fine a couple weeks ago.

Sorry, I was not being patient enough. I got fluid to flow by poking a small screwdriver into bleeder hole. It was plugged with crap and what came out looked like mud water.

At 44 years old, you can expect many more of those type of things... you have not even gotten to the run stuff in the rear IRS yet...

Yes Roger and right after I got the brakes fixed I took it for a spin when I pulled into garage it died! Fuel filter was plugged. PO said he boiled/cleaned the tanks however there must've been a lot of crap in the lines. Its running again and I can stop so I mark this down as another good day.

Thanks all.
