Hi Ken,
thanks so much for taking the time to post this, I'm sure it will be very helpful for other members in future.

I've added it to the "How to" FAQ section

Best

I really appreciate this post. I've already done this, but hopefully, the next person that has to tackle it, will know what he/she is getting into. I changed my rotors as well, and that involved a great amount of literal brute energy just to break all the bolt/nuts loose. A very time consuming job....

The link is dead: "Sorry, the file you have requested does not exist."
This kind of post is USELESS if the original post is not on this site.
a year and a half is not very long compared to many posts on this forum.
Please do not post links that you do not intend to keep active for many years.

Hey Ken
It appears that the link to the useful info you put together for us isn't working.
Any chance of re-posting it somewhere?
Many thanks
Graham

Any update on this link? Looks like it no longer works from the sticky; looking for good writeups on rebuilding rear calipers and anything else I need to do to the "Cage" while in there.

AMAAAAZING write up and wonderful contribution, Ken.

Just wish I wouldah seen it 7months ago...

Quick question. I usually use the center plate and a board as the jacking point. I definitely used the center plate to recenter and replace the entire rear end/cage... I also used it to jack up the whole car high enough to give room for cage to be pulled from under the car,,, blah blah blah.

I guess my question is,,, after the cage was detached, and on the ground, how did you jack the car back up and from where? 2 floor jacks or,,, one - from the sides - to get it up to the 30inches...or high enough?

Anyways Brother... Thanks for thinking of us and putting this out there for our use!

I can see it on my phone, but no way to download or even print it for some reason. On my PC, I get the message you do.
