67. howlinowl

What is the number behind jameyxj6 mean?? And if it's something special, who do I gotta kill to get one?

howlinowl
It's the post number to keep track between update versions. So, the first and last posts included in an update have the number, all others do not. It has no bearing on the entry number which is the number which will be used to match against the result from the random number generator site.

No need to kill ... and certainly not Morris!

Thumbs up and the winner is ..... drumroll .....

Congratulations and envious looks go to expedio2005, who entered at post #98 to become entry #73.

The winner was determined by selecting a random number between 1 and 78 as there were 78 total entries. A screenshot of the draw is attached.

We would like to thank Gonzo of hoodliners.net for his generousity in donating such a fine item to the forum membership.

Default Wow

Well, yesterday was a good day. I finished my bathroom remodel, took apart my Roomba vacuum and re-soldered some sensors to finally bring it back to life and then checked my email and never would have guessed I'd win this! I had to sit and have a drink to celebrate. I'll have pictures as soon as I have it installed. Thanks so much!!!

Tyler (Expedio2005)

FYI, a number of people have asked what Expedio means and I'm feeling so good I'll share. It's Latin for 'to set free or free from a snare'. Bet no one knows what happened in 2005

You are probably right, that may have been when he got the Roomba also.

Default Hoodliner sealant

Hi
This looks like a good product
Any members out there know where to buy the adhesive the site owner suggest has to be purchased to get the best and most secure seal
i.e.
3M Rubber and Vinyl Adhesive Spray #80

All the best

The adhesive can be obtained at Home Depot. You may need 2 cans since I ran out before I was done putting the liner on my XJS hood.

Sorry Barry, I did not notice you are from over the "pond". Try a paint store or e-bay. Gary
