1989 XJS V12 Interior light

Does anyone know how i would go about changing the bulb in the interior light by the rear veiw mirrior?

I just walked out to my 87 and I used mt fingers to pull down on the drivers side , and slide the passengers out by pulling toward the steering wheel. The bulb just pops out.
