1994 2+2 A/C vacuum question
The vents not blowing properly when turned to A/C, this has been a long time problem with my '94 2+2.
My posts on it last year were in the email yahoo group, this is my first post in this new forum.
I had found a blue hose that was plugged off in the passenger footwell. Thanks to many helpful suggestions and posts, I determined it was for the vacuum actuator on the RH airbox blower assy. After pulling the assembly, I discovered that while the previous owner had installed a new airbox blower, there was no vacuum actuator installed!
After sourcing the actuator (JagBits), I'm back on the trail. Still not getting any vacuum at that port regardless of a/c settings. The vacuum source is good, but I'm not sure where the vacuum distribution occurs. Guessing somewhere's in the center console around the radio?
Thanks again for all the help over the years.
