My jag has been sitting for a couple years. I tried to start it every few months... I just fired it up after finally fnishing the body work on it and scheduling a day to get it sprayed. Anyway, smoke filled the nieghborhood. It burned off as i drove it around the block. It always did this when sitting and I'm guessing mainly due to the lack of exhaust valve stem seals...

I purchased a bunch of viton seals a while back to put them in there but at this point, after putting coultless hours sanding it and redoing the brakes, I would much rather spend the money on a rebuilt head with exhaust seals in it. I recall seeing someone a few years back online that was selling rebuilt head for less than a grand. I cant find him.

Does anyone have a source? Mainly I want a rebuilt head WITH the exhaust seals put in.
